Colors are wave lengths of energy. The energy appears as color because an object will either absorb or reflect different wavelengths. A black object absorbs all colors and reflects none. A white object absorbs none and reflects all colors. A red one absorbs all colors except red.

Our body has points or centers of energy. If they are not in balance, we may become ill or our emotions may become unbalanced. Each color corresponds to an energy center and, hence, can be used to bring your energy centers back into balance.
