Our drums are made with high quality materials, but as a natural product, some care is required.
Play and handle your drum often, as the natural oils in your hands are beneficial. It is important that the drum skin not be allowed to completely dry. Periodically, it maybe helpful to oil your drum.
Storage
Be sure to store your drum in a cool dry place, away from heat and air vents. Be especially careful not to leave your drum in a hot parked car.
