So you've purchased a copy of our software package and want a few hints on how to use it.

1.)  Any hints on how to make a good recording?

It can be challenging when recording if the client has to start and stop each time the recording is too loud or too soft.

Instead have the client continue to talk while you make several recordings. You may actually find yourself purposely taking addition recordings as the client relaxes and gets into a natural speaking rhythm
